Founder’s Vision
Dr. Shama Sultana, Founder of Yuva Nari’s Health Care (YNHC) and Chairman of Hope Win Hospitals, is dedicated to improving women's health and empowering them through education and awareness. With qualifications including MBBS, DGO, FMAS, DRM (Germany), and a Diploma in Cosmetic Gynecology (ISAGSS), she is a distinguished Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Laparoscopic Surgeon, and Infertility Specialist. Her mission is to enhance the lifestyles of women and prevent high-risk diseases through education and health awareness.

Campaigns and Webinars
YNHC conducts campaigns and workshops across colleges in Guntur. After each session, Dr. Shama Sultana holds an OPD in the college for students suffering from health problems. These efforts are complemented by webinars and online workshops across India, ensuring the mission continues through digital platforms. YNHC also produces informative videos on YouTube, sharing lectures from senior doctors to spread knowledge and awareness.

Free Medical Camps
YNHC initiates free medical camps in rural areas, providing free check-ups and medications. If further treatment is needed, Hope Win Hospitals charges minimal fees. These camps are crucial in reaching people who cannot afford primary health check-ups.

Functions and Goals
YNHC works with experts, volunteers, and politicians to set and demonstrate high standards for women's health. The organization distributes life-saving information in communities affected by poor health conditions and conducts skill development sessions for RMPs and PMPs. The primary goals of YNHC are to promote gender equality, empower women, improve maternal health, enhance women's lifestyles, conduct free medical camps, and achieve primary health education for women.
